Terms of Service
Kobri Dog Training LLC Effective Date: July 29, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at kobridogtraining.com (the "Site") and the dog training, walking, and related services (the "Services") offered by Kobri Dog Training LLC ("Kobri," "we," "us," or "our"), operating in Bloomington and Nashville, Indiana. By accessing the Site or booking Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or book Services.
2. Services Description
Kobri Dog Training LLC provides mobile dog training and walking services, including but not limited to:
2 Week Daily Train
1:1 Foundational Training
Maintenance Walks
Virtual Sessions
Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at our discretion and will be reflected on the Site or in your individual service agreement. In-person Services are provided only in the Bloomington and Nashville, Indiana area; virtual sessions may be available to clients elsewhere at our discretion.
3. Booking and Payments
All bookings and inquiries submitted through the Site's contact form are processed through HoneyBook, a third-party client management platform.
Payments for Services are collected and processed through HoneyBook. Kobri does not directly store your payment card information; this is handled by HoneyBook and its payment processing partners.
By submitting a booking request, you agree to HoneyBook's own terms of service and privacy policy governing that transaction, in addition to these Terms.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Because our Services are personalized and delivered in person or virtually on a scheduled basis, specific cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms will be set out in your individual service agreement or booking confirmation provided through HoneyBook. That agreement governs for your specific booking.
5. Client and Dog Responsibilities
By booking Services, you represent and agree that:
You are the legal owner of the dog(s) receiving Services, or have express authorization from the owner.
You will disclose any known behavioral issues, aggression history, medical conditions, or bite history prior to the start of Services.
Your dog is current on required vaccinations as applicable under Indiana law and local ordinances.
You will provide a safe environment for in-home or in-person sessions.
You understand that training outcomes depend on many factors, including consistency of practice between sessions, and that Kobri does not guarantee specific behavioral results.
6. Photo and Video Consent
With your consent, Kobri may photograph or video record sessions involving you and/or your dog for use in marketing materials, including the Site, social media, and testimonials. Consent will be obtained separately (e.g., in your service agreement or intake form) before any such content is used. You may withdraw consent for future use at any time by contacting us; we cannot guarantee removal of content already published or shared by third parties.
7. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
Working with dogs carries inherent risk, including but not limited to the risk of bites, scratches, property damage, or escape. By booking Services, you acknowledge these risks and agree to release, waive, and discharge Kobri Dog Training LLC, its owner, and any assistants from liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in Services, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
You may be asked to sign a separate, more detailed liability waiver before your first session. That waiver is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, logos (including the Kobri brand mark and Kobe likeness), graphics, and images, is the property of Kobri Dog Training LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
9. Site Use
You agree not to:
Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to interfere with the Site's operation or security
Submit false or misleading information through the contact form
10. Children's Use of the Site
The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly permit use of the Site or Services by minors without parental/guardian involvement in booking. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle information relating to minors.
11. International Visitors
The Site is hosted in the United States and intended primarily for visitors in the United States, particularly Indiana, where our Services are physically offered. If you access the Site from the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, Switzerland, California, or elsewhere outside Indiana, please see our Privacy Policy for information about your regional privacy rights and how your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
12. Disclaimers
The Site and Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Kobri does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kobri Dog Training LLC's total liability for any claim arising from the Site or Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the Services giving rise to the claim.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Monroe County, Indiana (where our Services are principally provided), and both parties consent to jurisdiction there. This governing law provision does not deprive EEA, UK, or California residents of any mandatory consumer or privacy protections they are entitled to under their own local law that cannot be waived by contract.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
